The vulnerability assessment was conducted by Sonar Global partners in 5 EU countries: France, Malta, Itlay, Slovenia, and Germany. Our partners have reported their most pertinent findings from the vulnerability assessment they have conducted to identify the complex and cumulative factors that produce and exacerbate vulnerabilities and inequalities as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
